GEORGE Giannopoulos
Co-founder
George Giannopoulos is Head of Operations and Development at Kings Capital. In addition, George oversees acquisitions, deal analysis, equity placement, and investor relations for the firm. Prior to Kings Capital, George managed a portfolio of real estate assets in Brooklyn, NY under Brickstone Properties and co-founded Giaps Realty a boutique commercial brokerage focused on off-market multifamily and development deals in New York. During his tenure as a Principal and Broker, George has sourced, negotiated, and transacted an excess of 500 million dollars of real estate nationally. George has a bachelor of science from St. John’s University and attended NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. George has a passion for fitness and personal development, sports, and giving back to his beloved Church and community in Brooklyn.
Jeffrey Znaty
Co-founder
Jeffrey Znaty, has been actively handling commercial real estate transactions for over a decade in New York City. As Co-founder and Managing partner of Kings Capital, Jeffrey oversees all acquisitions and debt and equity structures for the firm. prior to this role, Jeffrey was the Managing Director of Multifamily for a large advisement firm Kassin Sabbagh Realty (KSR) based in midtown Manhattan. Jeffrey has personally been involved in over $500,000,000 worth of transactions to date in some of the most complicated, and encumbered commercial deals in New York and around the country. Jeffrey graduated with his Bachelor’s in Business Management from Brooklyn College in 2012. A native New Yorker, and avid sports enthusiast.
THOMAS GIANNOPOULOS

Thomas Giannopoulos is a graduate of St. John’s University with a business degree in marketing with further education from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate with a specialization in both construction and design. In 2013 he co-founded Giaps Realty Group, a boutique real estate firm that focuses both on off-market commercial investments and leasing that has become one of the premier brokerages in South Brooklyn. He also actively owns and co-manages his family’s portfolio of mixed-use properties in Brooklyn, along with additional real estate investments abroad in Greece. A co-founder and Managing Partner of Kings Capital, LLC and a Brooklyn native with a passion for life, adventure, and travel.
